Meet Tim

I’m Tim—a full-time teacher, part-time weightlifting nerd, and someone who knows what it’s like to try and stay consistent when life is full.

For the last 10 years, I’ve been a high school science teacher by day and a gym rat by early morning. I’ve always been passionate about taking care of my body and helping others do the same—not through shame or extreme programs, but through structure, consistency, and support.

I created Strong Every Day because I saw a gap: everyday people with real schedules and real stress who wanted to feel stronger, move better, and take control of their health—without overhauling their lives.

My approach is simple: I design custom workout and nutrition plans that actually fit into your life. Whether you're chasing strength, energy, weight loss, or just a routine that sticks, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Strong Every Day isn’t about being the strongest in the room. It’s about becoming stronger—mentally, physically, emotionally—little by little, every day.

You don’t need 90-minute workouts or a meal plan that makes you dread your kitchen. You need a coach who understands your lifestyle, your time limits, your goals, and your wins (big or small).
